Mac Miller

When looking at the best artists of all time in the terms of r&b/ hip-hop, it’d be a crime to not see Mac Miller as one of the best for both genres. Mac created several very successful and diverse albums that aided him in creating such a valuable reputation and solidify himself with money and fame until his untimely and devastating death in 2018 from OD.

Mac Miller does it like no other “rappers” in a sense. He sings about addiction and problems that we face in real life and how drugs are an awful way out of your worries. Similar to Juice Wrld, he never wanted to do all the things he took, smoked, drank in his life. Despite that he made public statements, youtube interviews, and themes in songs that put awareness out for drug abuse

Mac has 11 total albums released, 9 released by him and 2 posthumously released albums. Throughout his 9 released albums he had funky, odd, hardcore almost beats. While holding crazy sounding songs like “Frick Park Market” and “Donald Trump” he also has really chill songs that talk about love, drugs, and sex. Stuff from the Divine Feminine album have nice piano songs with good vocals and good features.

Mac has never failed to disappoint with any of his albums or songs to appeal to what the people want. He loved his fans, especially that from his hometown, and loved to play shows for them as much as possible. Before he died he was dating Ariana Grande with whom he had 2 or so songs with. Unfortunately the happy couple was brought up short of the love and musical success they could’ve had together but the spirit of Mac still lives with her and a lot of his fans.
